All of our retainers are an hourly rate with the retainers dependent on the nature and scope of work for the case. Our professionals keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case. We count in ten minute increments and round down when in-between them. Monthly invoices provide detailed summaries of the work done and the billable time for each task. We only work for as long as a case requires. Final bills will include costs for copy, filing, messengers, third-party research tools, and other such costs as are detailed in the retainer agreement. Melinda Gomez billable rate is $375 - $450 per hour and work which is considered administrative in nature is either handled by a paralegal or billed at a paralegal rate of between $100 and $250 per hour.

Retainers must be paid upfront and provided along with the fully executed retainer agreement before we can move forward with representation.
