It is important, for us and you, to discuss your case, strategy, options, etc prior to the commencement of services. For that reason before being able to become a client it is necessary that:

Your completion and submission of information to our office via the intake form does NOT create an attorney client relationship and is NOT protected as attorney client communication.

The NEW CLIENT INTAKE FORM provides us with initial background information regarding your unique situation and related matters of which you would like to discuss with our office.

Upon receipt of your completed form one of our professional staff will promptly contact you to obtain further information about your case as needed, preform a conflict check, as well as provide you with our availability for a one-on-one consultation.

2. Virtual Consultation

A consultation is an opportunity for you to discuss the process, the firm’s approach to the issues in your case, and any questions you may have.

Consultations are an hour long and are charged at a flat rate of $300 which must be paid in advance of the consultation by cash delivered to the office during business hours (8:30am - 5:00pm).

From there should you choose to hire the office it will be necessary for you to review and sign a retainer agreement and pay a retainer fee (which will be assessed and discussed during the consultation).
